Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 stick oleo
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can artichokes
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    dash each: salt and pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Mix all remaining ingredients in bowl using only half the cheese.
    Cut artichokes in half; place into greased 11 x 7-inch casserole.
    Pour spinach mixture over the artichoke halves. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
