Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream together (at room temperature) the Velveeta cheese and cream cheese.
    Add paste from juice of lemon, garlic and sugar. Mix together thoroughly with cheese mixture.
    Add pecans.
    Mix again.
    Roll in a ball or log.
    (Serve with crackers.) Refrigerate.
