Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. thin spaghetti or very thin noodles, broken to bite size
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saute in oil in Dutch oven the chopped onions and shredded carrots.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add water and chicken bouillon cubes. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
