Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 stick butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and butter until creamy, about 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat well.
    Sift together plain flour and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture, a little at a time, alternating with milk, begin with flour and end with flour.
    Beat about 1 minute.
    Add orange flavoring.
    Beat afterward.
    Grease and flour a tube pan.
    Pour mixture in and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Start in a cold oven.
