Pork Chops (Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 can water
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings in shallow pan.
    Coat chops in mixture and brown in frying pan with oil.
    Place browned chops in crock-pot.
    Cover with chicken soup.
    Rinse can with 1/4 can of water, adding to soup.
    Cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
