Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well blended.
    Add dry ingredients, a little at a time until well blended.
    Add fruit, nuts and coconut and beat again.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
