Pineapple-Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    1 1/2 sticks soft oleo
Preparation
    Blend all together and pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells.
    Bake until brown or about 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
