Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
    1 large can tomatoes or 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce with 1 can water
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    6 small carrots, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 1/2 tsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water (if you use the No. 2 can tomatoes)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
