Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
    2 egg whites
    4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add the chocolate to milk and heat in a double boiler.
    When chocolate is melted, beat with a rotary eggbeater until well blended.
    Combine sugar (1 cup), flour and salt.
    Add gradually to the chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Then continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
