Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch crust
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and flour; add eggs (1 at a time) and beat well after each addition.
Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and continue baking an additional 45 minutes or until it tests done.
