Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blackberries
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix berries, cornstarch and 1 cup of sugar in bowl.
    Spread in 9-inch square baking pan.
    Combine butter, milk, salt, vanilla and 1/2 cup of sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in flour and baking powder. Pour evenly over blackberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
