Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain and wild rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (12 oz.) can chopped ham, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
    1 can sliced drained mushrooms
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in cubes or shredded
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry (optional)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice and broccoli according to directions on package. Spread rice on bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Blend soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
