Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. (1/2-inch pieces) rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (dry)
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
Preparation

Place rhubarb pieces on the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle dry jello over rhubarb, then sugar over jello followed by the miniature marshmallows.
Make cake according to directions on the box and pour over all the ingredients.
This concoction is baked for about 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cake portion tests done.
Cut into squares and turn each piece upside-down on serving dish to show pretty part.
Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream.
The marshmallows seem to disappear with only their sweetness and flavor remaining.
