Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat the milk until scalded (do not boil).
    Add the oil and sugar to the milk.
    When the milk has cooled to lukewarm, add the yeast and two cups of flour.
    Mix well until there are no lumps. Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Then, add the remaining three cups of flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
    Mix until the consistency of biscuit dough.
    You can roll out the dough or refrigerate at this point.
    Dough may be kept in the refrigerator five or more days.
