Ham Baked In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    12 to 15 lb. ham (have butcher cut off small end)
Preparation
    Cook ham in
    open roasting pan, fat side up. Roll dough in sheet and
    cover
    ham well.
    Place in hot oven preheated to 400\u00b0 to bake dough.
    Bake ham, covered, with dough at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Dough
    will
    not
    be
    edible, but ham should be delicious.
