Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced summer squash
1/2 c. diced onion
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook squash and onion in boiling water 5 minutes.
Drain well. Mix sour cream and soup together.
Fold in squash and onion. Melt stick of butter.
Add box of herb seasoned croutons.
Layer bottom of dish with croutons.
Add squash mixture and top with croutons.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
