Fondue Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut cheese into 3/4-inch cubes.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Dip cheese into egg mixture and coat with crumbs.
    Repeat.
    Fry in 1 1/2-inches of hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain. Makes 1 dozen.
    To make ahead, prepare as directed.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
