Beef Vegetable Dinner(Pressure Saucepan Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. beef, chuck tips or round
    3 carrots, cut into slices
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    pinch of thyme
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 onion, cut into wedges
    1 green pepper, cut into slices
    1 c. water
    pinch of garlic powder
    pinch of rosemary
    1 c. uncooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut beef into cubes.
    Brown in fat in cooker.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Cover pressure saucepan and set cooking control at 10 pounds pressure.
    Cook for 5 minutes after the control jiggles.
    Cool cooker for 5 minutes, then place saucepan under the faucet until pressure reaches zero.
    Open pan and serve.
