Stewed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli florets
    2 carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch shoestrings
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced in halves
    1 medium bell pepper
    8 mushrooms, sliced
    2 small yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bone chicken breast.
    Cut in slivers.
    Saute in margarine; set aside.
    Wash and cut vegetables; stir-fry in remaining fat until crisp.
    Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
    Serve with rice or potatoes; cut recipe in half for small group or serve as a salad next day.
