Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 large can kernel corn
1 large can creamed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Add corn muffin mix and cheese; mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in greased casserole dish until brown on top.
Makes 8 servings.
