Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub unpeeled potatoes well.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into even wedges.
    Boil for 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain.
    Pat dry.
    Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes.
