Quick Lasagne(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
    1 carton Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Crumble ground meat into plastic colander over mixing bowl; microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring at 2 1/2 minutes. Discard drippings.
    Combine meat, sauce, water and Italian seasoning; set aside.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
    Pour 1/4 inch of meat sauce in a baking dish.
    Layer noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture and then Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Simmer (1/3 power) for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle on remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
