Scalloped Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced thin
    2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. processed cheese, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place a layer of sliced egg in the bottom of casserole.
    Cover with a layer of green pepper, then cheese, repeating until all is used.
    Add salt and pepper. Pour the milk over the mixture.
    Cover with bread crumbs that have been mixed with the butter or margarine.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
