Pepper Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cabbage
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Chop/shred cabbage and combine with red and green peppers. Mix salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Pour this over cabbage and peppers.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
