Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    6 slices stale bread
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped green onion tops and parsley
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, garlic and bell pepper in butter until wilted.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, crab meat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Add onion tops and parsley.
    Then add bread which has been soaked in the milk and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stuff crab shells with mixture.
    Sprinkle tops of crabs with bread crumbs and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until brown.
