Sue'S Brisket No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and rub into meat.
    Seal in heavy foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake with fatty side up, still wrapped, for 6 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Cool 1 hour before slicing.
