Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs and add water and vanilla.
    Blend dry ingredients and combine with egg mixture with a few strokes.
    Heat a 5-inch skillet
    and
    grease
    with\ta few drops of oil.
    Add small\tamount of
    batter over bottom.
    Brown on one side only and turn out on a plate, brown side up.
    Fry all the blintzes.
