Zucchini Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch rounds
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 to 2 small cans
    1/4 c. red wine (dry)
    3/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Spread zucchini evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan; set aside.
    Brown beef, onion and celery; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
    Spoon over zucchini. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture bubbles and cheese is lightly browned.
    Can be put together day before and refrigerated.
    If so, bake a little longer and add cheese the last 10 minutes.
