Peppered Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. lean roast
1/2 c. cracked pepper
1 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Trim fat from roast.
Spread pepper over beef and press in with palm of hand.
Marinate beef 24 hours in mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, catsup, paprika and garlic powder.
Remove from refrigerator.
Wrap beef in foil and place in pan.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours for well done until tender.
It is delicious hot or cold.
