Crab Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 jar Old English cheese spread
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
sprinkle of garlic salt
minced onion to taste
1 can crabmeat or fresh crabmeat
6 English muffins

Preparation

Combine butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and seasoned salt. Add
crabmeat
and\tonion.\tSpread\tmixture
on English muffin halves.
Freeze until
solid.
Cut\tinto
8
pie shaped wedges. Each muffin half
yields
8 small pieces.
Heat under broiler until bubbly just before serving.
