Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Beat eggs; add cheese and milk.
Pour mixture in a frying pan with butter.
Cook slowly stirring constantly.
When mixture has consistency of scrambled eggs, serve over toast.
Serves 4.
