Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy and add remaining ingredients. Beat until mixed.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 loaves.
