Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice (optional)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. chopped pears (5 or 6 pears, chopped in food processor)
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Mix oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Add egg mixture to flour mixture and then add in pears and pecans.
    Grease and flour tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
