Banana Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
3 bananas
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
salt (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk.
Mash bananas; add custard mixture and lemon juice.
Pour into pastry lined pie plate and bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for first 10 minutes until firm, then reduce heat to moderate 325\u00b0 temperature for 35 minutes longer.
