Chocolate Lush - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients.
Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
Cool.
Mix next three ingredients and spread over the crust.
