Gazpacho-Cold Soup(Great On Hot Days) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn
    8 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
    6 small green onions, cut with scissors
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
    dash of Tabasco
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 c. chilled chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix all but lettuce. Refrigerate and add lettuce torn finely just before serving.
