Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; peel and shred.
    Stir in all ingredients but 1/2 cup cheese.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
    Put cheese on top.
