Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal (I use Hodgson Mill stone ground)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add eggs, milk and oil.
    Beat just until moistened.
    Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking pan or an 8-inch round iron skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bread tests done.
