Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - (2 pounds) package frozen hash browns
    2 - (8 ounce) cartons sour cream
    2 cans mushroom soup
    8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and bake 1 hour in 9x13 inch dish at 350 degrees.
