Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon zest
    3 c. dark rum
Preparation
    Cream all ingredients (except rum) together and beat well. Put 1/4 cup rum into each cup.
    Add 2 teaspoons butter mixture. Fill with boiling water; stir well and serve.
    Makes 12 servings.
