Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
4 small whole boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
lemon slices
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken with flour mixture.
In large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
Brown chicken until chicken is cooked through.
Remove to a warm platter.
Melt remaining margarine in skillet.
Stir in wine and lemon juice, scraping up bits from bottom of pan.
Stir in parsley.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Serve with lemon slices. Yield 4 servings.
