Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1 tsp. flour
    2 qt. beef stock (broth)
    3 carrots, diced
    2 onions, diced
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced (plus the tops)
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    1 small cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    In large pan, cook until limp the bacon.
    Sprinkle with flour; stir to brown, then add beef stock, stirring to blend flour.
    Then add the remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour. Can be served with sour cream.
