Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pastry shell (unbaked)
6 slices bacon or ham, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp. cooked, minced onion or dried onion equivalent
3/4 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Spread bacon (ham), onion and cheese in pastry shell.
Mix together milk, evaporated milk, eggs and salt.
Pour over ingredients in pastry.
Dust with nutmeg.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
