Quick Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. scalded milk (cooled) or warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. soft butter or shortening
6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix warm milk or water, sugar and salt.
Add yeast.
Stir in egg and butter (shortening).
Add flour. No kneading.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover. Refrigerate until ready to use. Grease pans. Shape into balls and let rise 2 to 2 1/2 hours (warm area).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields approximately 3 dozen.
