Baked Onions(Yields 5 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium to large onions
    1/4 c. butter/margarine
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Bake onions in skin at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    As soon as cool enough to handle, peel.
    Mix butter, sour cream, brown sugar and lemon juice in hot casserole dish.
    Add onions and mix to coat. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
