Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baked potatoes
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
    1 small tub sour cream
    1 stick butter
    parsley to taste
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake 8 potatoes, let cool, but not completely.
    Cut in half. Scoop potato out into bowl, carefully leaving skin untorn.
    Add butter, sour cream, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to potatoes and mix.
    Put cheese in bottom of potato skins.
    Add potatoes to skins, sprinkle more cheese on top and bake at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0.
