Lickin' Good Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
4 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. whipped topping
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 bottle maraschino cherries
pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and add 1/2 pineapple juice.
Chill until slightly firm.
Soften cream cheese with part of the pineapple and cherries, cut into bits.
Add nuts.
Beat gelatin at high speed thoroughly.
Add cream cheese mixture.
Fold in whipped topping.
