Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. light skim milk (evaporated)
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, evaporated milk, tomato sauce, bread crumbs and onion in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spread evenly in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
    Makes 6 servings. Each serving contains:
    3 1/2 protein, 1 bread and 65 optional calories.
