Persimmon Jam With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and let set for about 1 hour.
    Cook in small amounts until thick.
    Spoon into prepared jars and refrigerate.
