Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. skim milk
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. rum flavoring
2 slices raisin bread
2 tsp. low calorie margarine
cinnamon to taste
1 pkg. low calorie sweetener
Preparation

Beat egg with a fork in a shallow bowl.
Add milk, salt and flavorings.
Mix well.
Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat.
Place raisin bread in bowl to absorb egg mixture. Transfer to skillet and pour the remaining egg mixture over bread. Brown on both sides.
Mix the margarine, cinnamon and sweetener together and serve on French toast.
